DESCRIPTION:One-Day Residential Meditation Retreat\n\n\n\nStart: Saturday\, 24 January 2026 | 7:00 pmEnd: Sunday\, 25 January 2026 | 7:00 pm \n\n\n\n📍 Arrival Time:Participants are requested to arrive before 6:00 pm on Saturday\, 24 January 2026. \n\n\n\n🧘 Orientation Session:By 7:00 pm\, all participants should be seated in the Meditation Hall for an orientation talk by the Venerable Monks\, introducing the retreat structure and practice guidelines. \n\n\n\nOptional: 2-Day Residential Self-Meditation Retreat\n\n\n\nDates: Monday & Tuesday\, 26–27 January 2026 \n\n\n\nAfter the one-day retreat concludes\, participants are free to leave.Those who wish to continue independent practice are warmly welcome to stay for the next two days (26 & 27 January). \n\n\n\n\nThese days are dedicated to self-practice\n\n\n\nDaily Q&A sessions with the monks will be held at 5:00 pm
